The Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation looks after the care of minors and Islamic endowments in the Emirate of Dubai. It cares for minors, invests their money, and provides social care where it is needed. It sets up and manages programmes to provide scholarships and educational assistance for students. The institution’s aim is to be a global role model in the development of ‘waqf’ (Islamic charitable endowments), and investing and managing these endowments according to the rules of Sharia.
