Features

Memory Allocated

Memory allocated per application, quantified in Megabytes or Gigabytes. Different memory allocation options are available for the customer to choose from as per the product packages types.

Standard Support

Standard support refers to technical support provided to the customers covering platform issues, billing & subscription related issues, advisory services as well as escalations, quantified as support services provided per application instance

Standard SLA

Standard SLA refer to fulfillment and assurance service level agreements provided to the PaaS customers.

Platform Monitoring

A dedicated Smart City Operations team is responsible to manage, support, maintain and monitor the Smart City Platform including the underlying services such as the SDP PaaS; and not the customer’s applications.

Auto Scaling

Auto scaling is based on CPU utilization of the container as per the allocated threshold. It is based on CPU usage of the application inside the Docker container. If enabled a new instance of the application will start and consume RAM inside Organization/Space.
