The importance of the Dubai Labour Force Survey database is to obtain detailed data on the main characteristics of Labour Force in general, and on the economically active population (labour force) and their characteristics. In addition, this survey provides data from which different demographic, social and economic variables and characteristics are linked to each other in order to draw policies and plans and programs for the labour market and the UAE and non-UAE labour force in the Emirate of Dubai.
